A conveniently casual stroll to the Clubhouse and equally near to the fitness and leisure centre, these sleek new villas blend neatly into the timeless landscape of Barbados, their neutral colours complemented by the island’s lush green vegetation. Walking aside, there’s also ample parking – with space for three cars and a 4-seater golf buggy as well.

    Phase 1
    Leaseback 6 years

    A discounted price of $2,800,000 to remove risk (for you) during the launch phase: you’ll have use of the villa 10 weeks a year and we’ll make up our losses through anticipated rental revenue. Expenses are covered throughout the leaseback – from insurance to club dues, and so on.

    Phase 2
    Rental Programme

    The six year leaseback complete, you can sign up for our rental programme - with an optional, and renewable, 5-year term. Usage is the same as before, but now rental revenue is split: 50/50 when it comes to golf, 70/30 for you when the renters aren’t playing. Expenses fall to you.
