A Group consists of 3 villas or more and Group rates and availability must be requested directly through the Apes Hill Reservations team. Groups of 3 villas cannot be booked through extended allocation, group rooms are above and beyond allocation.

The smoking is prohibited in any villa and shall be restricted to the allocated area only. Should the client smoke in the villa, a cleaning charge of $US600 will be applied to their bill.

All villas are subject to a security and incidental deposit to safeguard against damage to the villa and its contents and will go towards the costs of any breakage or damage along with providing payment for any incidental costs incurred during the stay.
