Highlands

Inspired by the Scotland District of Barbados, Highlands is a flexible villa design shaped by the land around it. Natural finishes, generous covered terraces and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces create a home that feels rooted in its setting, with all the ease and elegance you’d expect at Apes Hill.

Living Naturally,

Beautifully

Highlands sits lightly within the landscape, with a modular design that can adapt to your plot and plans. Begin with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, expand to six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, or add a one or two-bedroom guest cottage.

As each home is shaped around its final setting and design, villa sizes, floorplans, imagery and exterior views may vary.

A Home Shaped By Its
Surroundings

Natural finishes, shaded terraces and open living spaces give Highlands its easy indoor-outdoor rhythm. Each bedroom opens onto a private covered terrace, while optional outdoor ensuite showers, a shaded pool lounge and covered dining and kitchen spaces keep daily life closely connected to the breeze.
