Make Your International Property Dreams Come True in Barbados

Our golf resort and community was recently featured in the November/December 2024 print issue of Country and Town House, with there also being an online article version.

A recent feature on The Standard website 'Make Your International Property Dreams Come True in Barbados' caputures Martin Robinson's visit to Apes Hill Barbados in September.

Staying in one of our Courtyard Villas, Robinson explored every aspect of the resort, finding a favourite in our Moondust Villa. He also toured our bespoke home designs, including the Windswept and Dreamcatcher Villas, noting how each property harmoniously blends contemporary luxury with nature.

One highlight he couldn’t overlook was the breathtaking views, which he remarked "cannot be over-estimated as a selling point." Carefully placed oversized glazing floods the interiors with natural light, creating an intimate connection with the outdoors.

Moondust, it is a beautifully put together home designed over one floor which has an incredible feel to the place, both homely and sociable.

Martin, The Standard

Exploring the resort, we were thrilled to see how Martin appreciated how Apes Hill Barbados "balances contemporary luxury with rugged charm nudges the Scotland district down to the east." Beyond golf, Martin discovered our vibrant community offerings, from padel and tennis courts to nature trails and private fishing spots.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we are delighted The Standard highlighted our dedication to preserving the land and incorporating home-grown produce into the Noisy Cricket’s menus.

This article offers a fresh perspective on Apes Hill Barbados, and we couldn’t agree more with Martin’s closing words: "As a place to buy internationally, you can’t get much better."
