Membership at Apes Hill is rooted in ownership. When you purchase a property here, you don't just acquire a home. You join one of the Caribbean's most exclusive golf and lifestyle communities. It's a distinction that matters.
Membership is thoughtfully structured so that every member stands on equal footing. Unlike clubs that charge separately for individual facilities or bolt on benefits at extra cost, Apes Hill operates on an all-inclusive membership model. One fee, full access, no tiers. Every member enjoys the same privileges across golf, racquet sports, wellbeing, dining, the Beach Club and community spaces.
Your Family, Included
When you buy a property at Apes Hill, membership extends to your spouse or partner and all children up to the age of 26. Because a life well lived is one shared with the people who matter most. Adult children and guests are warmly welcomed when visiting, with access arranged simply through the members' portal.
If your family includes someone a little furrier, they’re very welcome too. We consider pets part of the Apes Hill family, with plenty of fresh air, open space and new favourite walking routes waiting for them.

The Apes Hill Members Portal is available exclusively to members. Designed as your central digital touchpoint, the portal brings together everything happening across Apes Hill in one thoughtful, easy-to-access space.
From upcoming events and key announcements to photo galleries, competition standings, and community highlights, it’s a place to stay informed, inspired, and connected whether you’re on island or miles away. Tee times can be booked worldwide through the platform.

Apes Hill is intentionally low-density. The tee sheet breathes. The facilities feel private. Access to golf is reserved for members, their guests, and resort guests, and that's by design. This is a community built for those who value space, calm and a sense of belonging that cannot be replicated at scale.

FAQs
There is only one level of Club Membership, which provides access to all the facilities within our resort and our beach club.
Membership covers access to the golf courses and all facilities for you and your spouse/partner and all children up to the age of 26 years. Adult children (over the age of 26) and guests are welcome to visit and can access the facilities when visiting you, with applicable fees for golf.
No, membership is available exclusively through ownership. Either you or your immediate family must own a property at Apes Hill to join.
No. Membership does not automatically transfer when a property changes ownership. However, where a property carries existing membership rights, the new owner may be eligible to apply for membership and, upon payment of the standard membership initiation fee, begin the membership process.
Membership provides access to Apes Hill facilities and experiences. Golf fees apply when golf is used.
Access depends on the rental arrangement. Apes Hill rental guests and private rental guests with resort fee or membership access may use resort facilities. Golf fees apply.
