Newly Opened 20th Hole Restaurant on the Apes Hill Golf Course

While enjoying a day out on our 18-hole championship golf course, members and guests can relax at the 20th Hole Restaurant - our outdoor Halfway House doubling as a relaxing bar surrounded by tropical landscapes and striking vistas, for casual, yet deliciously elevated dining. 

The 20th Hole gives birth to the beauty of new friendships, where old friends reconnect and where families share their love for outdoor island living. Beautifully situated with elevated views overlooking our bonus 19th hole and Caribbean Sea, members and guests can savour the unique epicurean selections provided by our internationally acclaimed and award-winning Executive Chef Javon Cummins and his highly skilled team. 

Just when the sun is ready to set, the 20th Hole provides the perfect location to toast to those bonds forged just beyond the bunker. Whatever the occasion, our Food Beverage Manager Terisha Coppin, who has a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector, and her professional team are always on hand to deliver our specialty Apes Hill experience.

At Apes Hill, we celebrate nature and the beauty of outdoor island living at every turn across our vast resort and community. As we envisioned our community, we wanted to provide our players with a welcoming outdoor space to relax and unwind while enjoying our 18-hole championship golf course, or the soon to launch 9-hole short course, both designed by the late, legendary Ron Kirby. 

The 20th Hole Restaurant was conceptualised to be our Halfway House, with a unique twist- embracing the outdoors, surrounded by lush tropical landscapes and superb views, and coupled with a relaxing lounge area, bar, and dining area. It’s a concept, which is as unique as the land upon which we have the honour of living and playing. 

From its contemporary architectural design, which blends seamlessly with the natural environment, to our menus, which have been carefully crafted to deliver a spectacular experience, while incorporating locally grown elements and flavours, the 20th Hole is another nod to our ethos of sustainability. 

“Sustainability is very important to us here at Apes Hill Barbados, and we exercise that in our food and beverage through our minimal waste program, through our support to local vendors here on the island, and in the future, we will have our own 77-acre farm developed on the property” - Terisha Coppin, Food and Beverage Manager.

The 20th Hole Restaurant menu includes delicious, yet elevated local bites including elevated fish sandwiches, known locally as fish cutters, fish cakes, along with international favourites and fast casual bites. It’s not just for adults, or golfers. We have developed the perfect all round getaway for the entire family. At the 20th Hole, our kids’ menu offers delicious meals with fresh ingredients.
