The Pavilions

An Ideal Setting
for Elevated Living
Set within the quiet enclave of Cabbage Tree Green, The Pavilions enjoy panoramic views of tropical gullies and green fairways. This is a neighbourhood shaped by nature, cooled by the trade winds and made for a slower, more considered kind of luxury.
With two villa designs to choose from, The Palm Pavilion and The Pool Pavilion, these homes are created to sit in harmony with their surroundings. Guided by biophilic principles, each villa offers an effortless connection between indoors and out.

Sustainability Woven into Every Detail
From the foundations to the rooftops, The Pavilions reflect our commitment to low-impact living. Built with locally quarried coral stone and sustainable composite shingles, each villa blends beautifully into the landscape while reducing the carbon footprint of construction.
Here, sustainability is not a feature. It is the foundation.

The Palm Pavilion

The Pool Pavilion
The Pool Pavilion is a thoughtfully designed single-storey villa centred around a private heated pool. With three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across 2,522 sqft of interior space, it offers a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
A deep-set verandah, outdoor shower, and separate guest and master wings create the perfect balance of privacy, connection and relaxed island elegance.

Membership Through Ownership
Apes Hill Barbados is a community that you want to belong to forever – and you can. When you become a member, our multi-generation membership means there is no limit to how you can enjoy our unique resort. Treat yourself to a luxurious lifestyle without limits.
Your Pavilion Awaits
Each Pavilion can be shaped around how you like to live. Thoughtful upgrades let you make the space your own, whether that means a larger kitchen for entertaining, a coral stone firepit, or a private spa beside the pool.
You can add dual outdoor showers or create a bath retreat in the master suite. Every detail is designed to work with the villa’s natural flow and quiet elegance.
