Apes Hill Barbados Unveils New Luxury Villas

We’re proud to be featured in the latest issue of Luxury Travel Magazine, which shines a spotlight on the newly unveiled Hilltop Villas: Apes Hill Barbados’ newest design-forward residences.

The article celebrates these four-bedroom villas for their effortless blend of contemporary design and natural beauty, noting how each home “overlooks the resort’s Little Apes short course and Island Green 19th hole, with soul-stirring westerly sea views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.” Available from May, the villas are situated just moments from our stylish clubhouse and Noisy Cricket restaurant, offering both privacy and proximity.

Luxury Travel Magazine also highlights the villas’ seamless indoor-outdoor living, made possible through 12-foot sliding glass doors and an open-plan layout that welcomes golden light, cool breezes, and sweeping sunset views. With two master suites opening onto a private pool and a spacious covered veranda perfect for shared dinners, the homes are designed for groups of family and friends who want to gather and reconnect.

The article praises the villas' alignment with Apes Hill’s ecological ethos, calling out features such as natural ventilation via the Atlantic trade winds, solar water heating, and EV charging stations, all designed to reduce environmental impact without compromising on comfort.

“Like everything here, they are synonymous with sophistication, responsible sustainability, and a commitment to the highest standards.”

Sunil Chatrani, Executive Chairman, Apes Hill Barbados

Guests staying in the Hilltop Villas also enjoy access to the full Apes Hill experience, which the article calls “a landscape where nature thrives effortlessly alongside refined living.” From our championship course and tech-driven Golf Performance Centre, to curated OYOGO wellness journeys and vibrant dining at The Noisy Cricket, every moment here is designed to be both elevated and laid back.
